Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

^^ :O

Is that THE bike?

I've never seen a picture of it before!

The one ridden into the record books by Boardman?

Seriously though, can we have a better pic? I love the colours.

That's a marin stelvio, originally would have come with Campagnolo equipment and FSA wheels.

I've posted the bike before but we have a "Designated graffiti wall" near our apartment which I can never resist.

This is Singapore so there is a place for everything!

I just built up my newest acquistition. I got it from an inventory liquidator. (Some bike shop probably had to go under so that I could afford it, which is just about the only way I'd ever afford a Storck.)

Either way, full Dura Ace, Ritchey WCS, Selle San Marco Aspide, Mavic Open Pros. Incredibly stiff and actually remarkably light for something designed as a sprinter's bike. (16lbs and change according to my bathroom scale.)

Ritchey WCS. I think there's an optical illusion in the photo, because you're right, they really do look deep in that picture.
