5ml is no big deal, I give that much at work all the time and don't notice it. They will definitely do a different poke each time, unless they need multiple draws during the same evaluation, then they'll probably stick you once and leave the needle in and put the tubes on when they need blood. Should be pretty painless.

Usually a hematology analyzer does everything at once, so unless they're interested in something super specific that isn't available on a standard instrument, I assume you'll get crit, wbc, rbc, alc, anc, etc. Lots of stuff to look at.

A single test of something is normally one tube. Lots of options on what to test:https://requestatest.com

A full test is about this. One needle. It does take some recovery.

Those mass manufactured chinese framesets are dangerous. You'll probably only get 300 miles out of it before it spontaneously combusts. If you 100% had to go that direction you really should've bought a Dengfu, but even that is taking unnecessary risks with your life.

Made my first commute home. Sucks a little to drive 90 minutes only to end up at your in laws, but oh well. Eventually the wife and baby will be here and that's something worth coming home for. I think I can manage it for a while at least.

Having fun on my new e-bike. Don't turn your nose up at e-bikes until you've had a chance to ride one. They are a blast.

I used to work at an ebike shop. They're nice utility tools, if the battery price would come down

Most likely not. I'm not up on the generations but SRAM threaded BB has a tapered spindle. Shimano hasn't changed since you raced New London with CDR, it's a straight 24mm spindle. There are adapters and conversion brackets available.

I'm also not sure what generations are what, but I have always had to use GXP bottom brackets with SRAM, and Shimano with Shimano. They have a different way of preloading the bearing and aren't compatible with eachother, even though the spindle is 24mm for both.

Not compatible .. the drive side for both is 24mm but the non-drive side is 22mm for GXP.

Thanks @hack! It's going to be a month or so before I build it up, so right now it's just looking pretty in my apartment. My plan is to purchase a new ultegra 6800 11s group (cranks, brakes and all) and use the hed belgium/ptap/dt swiss wheelset that I already own.

I just got on with no problem. You might be holding your mouth wrong. Also, it's a .org URL.

Some do. I'd guess some of it is head unit things, some is team policy, some is personal preference.

Some believe - and many coaches believe that competitors can use that to find weakness. That and knowing HR and Weight.
