Inquiry on Japanese road bike

I'm looking for any info on a bike offered on my local cl. "Summit Pacer 100"
Little info stated-"road ready/mint/japanese. Small pic. Worth $120? No haggler flipper....
{seems I can't get to my photos on the new format}

I've not heard of the brand Summit before. It appears to be a lower end, boom bike era, bike. A list of component brand and models would help with a better valuation. $50 to $100 depending on condition of the tires, brakes, paint, etc.

I have heard of the Summit brand, however they were one of those-here and gone-brands-like sekine, maruishi, etc., Hard to tell a lot from the pictures, but I would agree with the above post that $120 is too much. Less than $100 would be my estimate. Looks like basic entry level components.
