Mid -late 80's Kestrel 4000

Any idea on a value for the frame/fork in good condition?

No pictures yet, I'll work on that if anyone has an idea.

Likely around a 1987-88.

this just got covered below as I was looking at one myself! some said 300, some said 100... It seems like they should be a collectors piece some day as the first of the monocoque carbon fibre bikes.

I think they are pretty as all heck:

I live in Thunder Bay, Canada and a fellow here is selling one for $1000.00 CND. It is in perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition. Full Dura-Ace eight speed group, as I recall. My size but NOT my price range when buying a bike. I did offer $$800 but the offer proved unacceptable.
