Looking at this as a parts bike.
Worth the asking for the brakes, seller said works, and rims/tires. Obviously needs front and rear suspension rebuilt.

It ended up being way too small. It wasn't worth the effort for just the brakes.

I had the K2 version of that bike. Carbon fork tubes and swing arms. And 'electronic' SmartShoc suspension front and rear (it had batteries). It had sensors that adjusted the shock valves 100s of times per second! It actually worked. I sold the bike for next to nothing 10 years ago Another one I should've kept, just for the novelty value if nothing else. I built my up from a frame and it had Spinergy wheels with yellow kevlar spokes.

Those Girvin forks were really weird. As the shock compressed, not only did the effective head tube angle get steeper, but the front wheel moved backward, making the front center shorter, and "tucking" the front wheel up underneath you. The harder the hit, the more your weight would pivot forward over the front wheel.
The Pro-Flex rear suspension design had some very, very dedicated fans, though. Noleen made upgraded shocks for them for years after the bikes went out of production.

I bought that K2 frame on a clearance from somewhere like 3-4 years after they quit making them. They had a bunch of them - maybe had bought out K2's remaining stock. It was maybe $250 at the most. Same with the carbon tube fork and the Spinergy wheels. Everything on that bike I found on clearance.

I was going to move the group over to a GT frame i had but it was too pristine. Ended up with a collector.
