Just got this yesterday. Already ordered Celeste colored wrap and seat.

Wow, that must be a short rider. It is already a small frame and the seat post is slammed way down. You might want to check for date codes on the components. That might help narrow the year range down. And Bianchigirll will hopefully see this topic and weigh in on the potential model.

If you haven't done it before, you might check out various threads pertaining to that on the C&V bikes forum. There are lots of methods folks have used successfully. Hopefully that one isn't stuck very badly.

I Hope not but if I had to guess some of the other parts are stuck stiff also. Still a nice basic 80's road bike worth rebuilding to bad the original shift group and pedals are gone.

Yes, fits my daughter and I like to rebuild older Bianchis. I forgot to take pic of the serial number last night.
