8 pieces california roll, and 2 slices of mushroom pizza before that.
Have another thing of cali rolls sitting here, but I'll probably eat that for breakfast.
Drinking some 'energy' vitamin water, and a coffee thing with an extra shot of expresso!

It was one of those days...hungry no matter how much i ate. Just got home from work and gorged myself. Grilled chicken sand, fries, salad, Yuengling. Still hungry. Trying not to think about my leftover birthday cake. Red velvet.

3 pieces of pizza for dinner. 1 piece of vegetable (eggplant, broccoli, tomato and peppers) and 2 pieces of a white sauce w/ feta cheese, broccoli and something else...I can't remember)
Anyways, I am down to 118.5 post workout today! I don't know if it is a legit 118.5, because my scale is off, but I can still able to track weight loss because I use the same scale each week. Anyways, I am pumped that I still lost weight. My body seems to be adjusting to the lower caloric intake. I wasn't even hungry this week. Honestly, I had very few cravings and felt satisfied most of the time. Good news.

I'm back up to 174. Frickin' Xmas cookies are just killing me with their evil deliciousness.

160 was mine. But I'm already there. I don't think it will stick though. Something ain't right. Two pounds in a few days? HHhhmm, not good.
Although I have only stocked low-fat, low-cal, high protein snacks at work, and a lot of fruits. If I can control my diet when I get home it should be fine. But my wife is southern bred and cooks with love - and butter, and gravy, and oil, and breadings, and salt, and sugar, and fatback.

I don't understand my body. I ate a huge Reuben and a milkshake for lunch and I lost 2 pounds.
