Tern Link Uno thoughts

I am looking at folding bikes for a short multi-modal commute to work. I am looking for a bike (Pinigis get back to us!!) for Spring/Summer/Fall usage and a beater for the winter (Toronto, Ontario, Canada winter weather is a salt shower). For the winter, I am looking at this used Tern Link Uno with what looks to be a single front caliper brake - I haven't used a single speed bike with one brake in 'decades', but my understanding is that single speeds can take a beating in the weather better than a traditional bike. Thoughts on the Tern Link Uno - is it worth it (350$ CAN)? I don't know the condition of the bike yet except from the pictures that were provided, I am just trying to get a feel for things.

As a side note - this would be used in the summer by the kids, and in the winter by me so there is multi-functionality usage here.

Thanks everyone

It looks like that bike has a coaster brake on the rear.

It definitely does not have any hand brake system in place in the rear that's for sure. Reminds me of my old BMX days!

My apologies, I am just now seeing this and getting back to you. I assume you are asking about our new Cobra single-speed model. Yes, we should have it in stock by June 23rd. It will have a coaster brake (like the Tern Uno) but no front brake (although one can be added) for the sake of weight and simplicity.
