I'm stuck at a journalism conference and can't...
I brought by bike and plan to sneak out a little every day. I'm right by that long bike path in Sacramento, so i won't even get lost.

I think I'll be starting from Dublin so will meet you guys at SG for the start. I'll do SG and Patterson with you before turning onto Camino Tassajara to skip Livermore.

On the climb up Diablo, when I see the last guy descend, I'll make a u turn and follow, so I won't slow everyone down too much.

Any info on how the water situation is like ? i.e. Are there places to refill on the way ?
This is all new territory for me (other than Diablo).

The top of Morgan T has bathrooms and water in the regional park staging area.
Livermore presents many options for mini mart type re-supply and even a Starbucks.

Looks like a great ride, I'd be joining you if it weren't for being out of town. Sigh. Next time.

To me, the Patterson climb was the toughest, adding fierce headwinds, and 10-20% climbs. Made Mt. Diablo seem like no big deal.
