No clue what breed. It was very mellow and friendly.

A few pics from today's ride: Pizza for lunch at Zio Carlo's. I love their pizza.

This is a painting at Zio Carlo's. This painting is like a train wreck. You want to look away but you can't. That's okay, the more you look, the more hilarious it gets.

You probably can't get the full effect of the painting from the image above, so I uploaded a much larger version here. I suggest viewing it full size so you can see the detail, start from the bottom and work your way up. Note, for instance, what the dancer in the front is holding in her extended hand.

Painted at a random intersection in Fort Worth's Near Southside:

My ride for the day- the 1983 Raleigh Super Course.

Met a great one on my trip through Idaho, she came into the restauarant / bar and dropped a cedar chip on my lap so we could play fetch with it and then spent half an hour playing with her outside in the snow. She wanted no petting and no treats... just wanted to work.

My Australian Shepherd loves nothing more than to work. If I try to pet him or praise him during a game of fetch he gives me the "throw the damn ball already" look

It's the first day of the first round of the 2013 UCI world tour here in Adelaide. Stage 1 winner Aundre Greipel Thought I would show a few pic's.

But they're worth even more as sculpture.

My wife asked me if I'd like her to buy those sculptures for me for my birthday, which was yesterday. I said yes. So if she can swing the purchase, I'll be displaying them publicly in the yard.

Happy birthday Tom, and congrats on your new birds!

edit - I just remembered something my father once muttered upon seeing a bunch of scrap metal sculptures in someone's yard - "give a man a welder, and he thinks he's Alexander Calder."
