I don't have countries/tubing specs memorized. Yesterday I was surprised to find an older late 70s Bianchi with 26.8, thinking Italians were always 27.2 minus cinelli.

Can you school me on who might use a 26.2?

The idea of putting a 3ttt seat post in a Cinelli frame somehow seems . . . I dunno . . . wrong. Kind of like putting a Ford hood ornament on a Chevy . . . .
