Bike Friday and Bike Computer Question

I am building up a BF for a friend and she would like to mount the Cateye computer on the long steerer tube.
I know there is a "peg" type adapter but cannot recall what it is called.
Suggestions?
Thanks!

Various light mounts like the Paul's Gino are out there. PVC pipe, star nuts and zip ties can be fabricated into custom mounts too. Andy
