While appreciate your choice, dude, its cinco de mayo,

Am I the only tequila drinker on this thread? The Maracame anejo is still my goto for margaritas, Cincoro anejo for sipping. But I have an obvious bias for the latter.

Dang!, I miss my dark beers....Had to completely quit drinking the stuff because of health reasons.......
Wine is also a no-go these days. Last wine tasting trip I took in Napa just got me really sick...... But sometimes I just feel that I could really just go for one more really good stout! ........But I better not......

Silver Bullet and some cheap Costco Whiskey. It's been awhile that I've been drinking local Georgetown IPAs. Spotted a sale on Coors light and took the plunge..

Little bit of Coors history for me. When I was a kid, Coors wasn't sold in Washington state. Every summer we'd go to my grandparents cabin in Idaho for a few weeks. My pop would always bring back a couple of cases of Coors after our visit. In about 1976, Coors was allowed to be sold in WA.

It's a nice toasty thing with oak fermentation and a lot of lees time. Sadly, it's been a while as we don't have a distributor for this anymore.

Does this one count?

no alcohol but with a caffeine content that gives me goosebumps and an upset stomach- I definitely consider it an adult beverage as I could never give one to a child

That’s just a picture to admire. Love me some Rabbit Hole. Have never tried the rye but usually have a bottle of Dareinger on hand. Visiting the distillery later this month. Carpano Antica is superb. Luxardo cherries, bitters and a cycling rocks glass to top it off. Bottoms up!

In a belated Cinco de Mayo mood, I went and made myself a mezcal negroni! If you've never tried one, do yourself a favor, por favor.

A still life taken at our local brewery here in North Bend.
Stouts are released in late October when the weather is hypothermic and suitable only for mad dogs and Englishmen.
Do you see the ninja turtle?

Ok I got off the wagon and went for a classic vintage 30 year bottle of Columbia Cab. A signed David Lake signature series.
This was in the stash at the 66 since 1993 after being purchased at auction.

It's that time of year when one of my favorite brews is available and it's cool enough to sit outside and enjoy a stogie.

Thinking about making some mulled wine. I wonder if this stuff doesn't spoil the nice cinnamon I got here

20 year old Sierra Nevada Big Foot Barley Wine. It ages nicely. Lost the carbonation, but sooo flavorful.
