Source for XDR freehub for Prime wheelset

Hi. I bought a gravel wheelset from the UK company Prime while they were still available in the EU but I delayed ordering their XDR Freehub body for my SRAM setup. I can’t get it now - they don’t sell into the EU - and Prime aren’t helping (their support email address is even shut down). Can anyone advise me if there is a workaround for this - e.g. is there any other branded freehub compatible with the Prime hub? (It’s a Prime Orra alloy wheelset and their website says the hub is a “SR2D, 36T Ratchet System”).
any advice would be appreciated as I now have a wheelset, plus tyres, rotors, cassette etc lying useless..

Their website appears to be up and running. However their link to https://www.wiggle.co.uk/prime and even just https://www.wiggle.co.uk/ isn't working. But https://www.wiggle.com/ does work.

If no one else here knows, I might recommend you try to contact Wiggle and see if they can shed any light on what's going on since the Prime site seems to have Wiggle as their favored distributor. If you drill down deep enough at Wiggle in the FAQ's/Contact Us, you can eventually get to a webchat. From there you can probably get a phone number eventually.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately Wiggle don’t stock it so I’m still stuck.

There seem to be a few Prime XDR freehubs available on Ebay, if you can find the right one for your wheels.

Prime is the house brand of Chain Reaction Cycles (same company as Wiggle). They went bankrupt and was liquidated.
