Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Have you had a check up? That doesn’t seem right.

It's been a few years.

The more I think of it, my tastes have changed noticeably. I don't eat as much really rich foods. I want to eat them, but when I sit down with a meal, I fill up very quickly..

Wow, that’s a huge loss. How did that happen, you look fine at 200.

I live where restaurant quality bread is what supermarkets all sell, so I never really saw the need to make my own. Same with homebrewing beer. Now, if I could grow my own tomatoes, I would.

I’m not a doctor, but mine always ask if I’ve had any unexplained weight loss.

According to the internet’s, “If you experience a 5 percent weight loss in 6 to 12 months, or if you notice any of the above symptoms, visit your doctor.”

If my body is rested and fueled, pretty good for a flatlander. I'm better at climbing, than TT-ing

I think if I was suddenly 60 pounds lighter tomorrow, I could climb like a pro...maybe.

A few weeks ago I had to adjust the air pressure in my shock/forks. I wasn't using about 1/3 of the travel. A HUGE difference in the way it handles now.
