Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

06 Damocles with a grab bag of Shimano parts. Love it though. Excuse the crappy photo, taken on my iPhone at the summit of Lost River Gorge in northern New Hampshire - 6 miles, 1100 feet of climbing, and the last 2 miles are 12% on average.

Curious if anyone here has a Triton? I've seen them on GVH for a pretty good price and have been thinking about it as my next frame purchase.

Did someone say Ridley? My '11 Orion with Mavic Cosmic Carbone SL wheels and Hutchison Atom tires:

This is how I bought it. Upgrading the bar tape will be in order and when these tires are shot I will be more conservative. It's a lot of red...

And my X-Fire, which is my daily training bike here on the islands:
