How about video of suffering. Tour de Kale Summit climb. 20% grades.
I'm at the 4:32 mark, right in front of the camera (blue, red, black kit, white Scott bike).

Not really suffering, just hanging out in the 4/5 training race at Seward last week. I suffered for the final 30 seconds for 8th, though it might as well have been a sprint for 30th..
(i'm on the right, slightly out of focus)
Btw, you gotta love Cat 4/5 helmet positioning - why do (most of) ours look so different even from the cat 3's? Do you get some kind of helmet wearing advice along with the upgrade??

Yes. And the 10 race thing to get out of cat 5 is a myth. There is a number pinning test and when you pass that you are allowed to race in the 4s. That's why so many people don't do their full 10. But I think some people cheat because once in a while you still see stupid pinning.

The official at a race I did in TN talked about our helmets. Made sure they were on the forehead properly and fastened correctly. We had to try to push it up with a thumb or something and if it moved it was too loose. Sometimes she said she goes along the line and checks everyones.
Said the USAC realized that just making people wear helmets didn't help, you had to make them wear them properly.

I don't know how I do it, but my numbers are always good and tight. I've never had any formal training and am a slow learner.
