I can't see how it could be, unless he has a powered wheel in the front. I think he is just riding the brake.

That's awfully uniform in width and surface for natural lava. Man poured somehow? I'll bet obsidian lava is tricky in the rain...

You know it's just a game, right? Like baseball...

When you were a kid, back in the great depression, maybe you couldn't afford a baseball, but you must have played this one...

No it's real, it's Danny MacAskill in the video 'Road Bike Party 2'. The original 'Road Bike Party' by Martyn Ashton is how I discovered 'trials biking'. (Tragically, Martyn Ashton is now paralyzed from an accident).

This is a gif thread not videos, so I don't link them here, but do look up those titles on utub. They are unique in that they use road bikes. Some more of my favorites using regular trials bikes are Danny MacAskill's Imaginate and Wee Day Out, and the recent Home Office by Fabio Wibmer. Always look for accompanying making-of or bloopers videos, they help you understand the tremendous amount of planning and effort that go into those videos.

Yup, same feeling... when I had pushed off the boat dock, was drifting toward a wall and yes, realized the fuel cut off was still engaged.

I'd make fun of you, but of course I've done that and made just about every other mistake you can make on the bike, except...never rode while drinking or without giving my full attention to the road.

I made that face when I realized the reason it seemed like I was running out of gas after filling was because I hadn't opened the petcocks. Again.

Yeah, you have to take good care of your petcock.

My old Harley dirt bike had the 'reserve' tank instead of a gas gauge, so you 'ran out' of gas frequently. After a while, you could learn to switch to reserve on the fly and keep it running. That bike also had a second spark plug, so that you could switch off when you fouled out the first one. That switch should never be made while the engine is running, though (ask me how I know...)
