What pedals are you all using?
Currently I'm using my SPD's, but I'm thinking of switching out to my Speed Plays for weight and road use.

SPD A530s.
Allows me to be locked in when i want and has a good platform to use during uncertain terrain, like downhill on large loose gravel.

I don't quite get this. Do you already have road shoes & pedals? Speedplays are very nice but are really finicky if you get even a small amount of grit in the cleats. I've switched to Looks because of that.

iSSi. Lighter and cheaper than XT.
Thinking about the new Flip pedals so I can hop on without wearing riding shoes.

Still using good ol' Look Keo 2 Max pedals here.
Will probably get the same when I break another pair of older Look Keo's on the other bike. Have wanted to try other pedal systems, but end up cheaping out since I'd have to buy double of everything for two bikes. They are fairly cheap. Ribble has them for around $53 not including shipping: Look Keo 2 Max Pedals - Pedals - Ribble Cycles
Edit: I use these for road/commuting. Didn't realize this was for gravel or cyclocross until after posting. Ah well...

Garmin Vector 2.
Kind of thinking of selling it to pay for a p2m so I can go back to SPDs. Seems a little crazy, but I don't like the crank on my bike and this would give me a good excuse to replace it. It would also be a lot more walkable which would be really nice. I'm starting to like dirt riding.

I use entirely different systems for different bikes. Road only and gears - Forte LOOK Delta w/ black cleats. (No float is best for me.) Fix gears - toeclips, (good) straps and slotted cleats. Pulled tight, my feet stay in. And even if I do uncleat, my feet are still in the pedals. Important at 200 RPM. My "new" gravel bike, SPDs and MTB pedals set to close to the hardest release. (Allows me to use 45 North Fasterkatt boots.)

Crank Brother Candy's on the bikes that routinely see dirt.

I'm with this guy. I'm a mountain biker primarily and don't want to deal with different pedals/shoes so Time pedals go on everything. They are what I started with and haven't given me any reasons to try something else. Time pedals are indestructible, don't clog, and are easy to get into and out of. I don't care about weight.

I have a seasonal setup, using an aging pair of 286g Shimano A600 single-sided SPD road pedals for spring/winter riding where muck and slop is an issue, or I want to wear my insulated shoes, which are SPD for their more secure walkability in slippery, snowy conditions. They've been great, and I really like the wide platform, both for stability and being able to just stand on the pedal without clipping in. When the pedal was introduced, it was unique, but now Sampson's Fondo offers a good alternative, being almost just as light at sub-300g and a little less expensive. The knurled patch on the underside of the pedal is a cool touch.
In the summer, I run Mavic SL Ti road pedals because my roadie is thus equipped, too, and it's convenient to not have to change shoes depending on ride type. They're pretty light, but out of production, so I'll need to revamp my pedal assortment when the older pair is worn. Look Blades will probably be my choice when the time comes.
EDIT: I was mistaken about the model number of the Shimano pedals, which are silver A600s, not A520s as stated earlier.

I've been riding on SpeedPlay for 20+ years, most recently the Zero's. I would not recommend these for off road use.
Ran both Crank Brother Candy's and Eggbeaters. Both failed on me in less than a season. The Candy's fell apart half way through the DK200 last year, left me basically stranded. The Eggbeater's failed in the same manner at a CX race. On both the bodies separated from the spindle. I'm done with them.
Been competing on the Time ATAC's lately and they've been great.

Great pedals for the road. Lousy pedals if you're going to spend any time at all walking around in dirt, gravel, grass, mud or other things that can get into the cleats.
The Speedplay Syzrs have gotten decent reviews. If I ever wear out my xpedos (spd compatible titanium pedals) , I'll probably try a pair of those.

PD A600s on gravel and road, dry/wet/snow/ice and in traffic. Great pedals with walkable cleats.

Shimano M785 XT SPD Trail pedals on the MTB and gravel bikes. A600 SPD or SPD-SL 6700 on the road bikes.

No-name platforms on my frankenbike. SPD-SLs on my road bike, but I'm considering experimenting with Rivendell's advice and ditching the clipless shoes entirely for flat touring pedals. I feel like I might ride the road bike more often if I don't have to suit up all the way, plus I have a bunch of garbage miles with traffic lights between my apartment and PCH. Oh -- and I've had knee trouble in the past. I figure if it's terrible, I'll have a backup pair of platforms I can throw on the touring bike I plan to build this winter.

I use Crank Brother Egg beaters 3 pedals on both mtb n CX bike. My first set of egg beaters pedals lasted 5 years on my mtb.
