Does anyone recognize these features? The dropouts and fork ends say 'Magistroni'
Worldrider is a NZ brand, but i'm curious if it was made here or not.

First major issue
The threaded section of the steerer is 105mm long.
This rules out most stems as they won't be long enough for the wedge to hold on stout tubing, or, they'll have to be slammed. A shame...
How important is that rule anyway? Has anyone here actually seen a failure from it?

Have seen magistroni crank sets before .
Never seen dropouts .
I wonder if the worldrider decals are not original ?
Clearcoated over or not ?
I remember the Worldrider brand from working in a bicycle shop back in the 1980s.
Was very entry level stuff . Similar to Healing SKylarks etc from back then .
In saying that I was given a Worldrider Sigma a year or two ago .
It is a very nice frame and a very nice ride . Columbus tubing .
There is a thread on here somewhere about it .
I am betting the decals are not original .
Then again I am a terrible gambler

I've seen your worldrider here. It's very cool. Those heart lugs are the same as on some Vincolos.
Lotta charm to a nice bike from a crap brand.

53x22 gear
Even with the 700c conversion I think the mafac raids might still be too big, which is a shame

I'd be keen to buy suitable centerpulls off you, if you have any spare. Even just a front one.

This thing rides awesome. It's 9.93kg without brakes.
I'm speccing it up for the gravel roads & trails at our bach.
I know this conversion is kinda sacrilegious but many of the original parts including the wheels were pretty flogged out, a bit of a mishmash already, and it can always go back in that direction.
