Vianelli frame question
I’ve just bought a vintage Vianelli, and I wanna know some things about it. Could somebody give me some informations about it?
I’m sorry I couldn’t attach files yet.
My frame is a twisted one, with internal cable routing.

My only information about Vianelli is that, if I remember correctly, he was a bicycle supplier for the Hungarian national team in the early 2000s for a few years. As a result, these racing machines were painted red-white-green. Maybe you can get more info by starting on this line.

My Vianelli is blue, but it was I think originally yellow. But I’ve bought it in Hungary, and I know that the bike was a racers practice bike. So that means it could be a Vianelli.
Thank you! It has just campa mirage parts.
Have you seen Vianelli frames? Do you think you could recognize if it’s a Vianelli or not? Than I’ll send you pics in email

I looked at it, my memories cheated, but the red-white-green.is right. Not the national team, but the supplier of Fradi was sinore Vianelli. I was also a little insecure because the guy whose father I knew and who told me about the arrival of Vianellis didn’t think he was a national teamman, but he was pushing him at Fradi.

Is your frame lugged or TIG welded?
I think we follow the rules of the website and stay with the English.

Good luck with yours - by a "twisted one" - do you mean one with S bend tubes like a funny bike?
My Vianelli is quite nice considering I got it for $58 in an ebay auction. -- I then spent more than that having the bottom bracket shell faced , aligned and rear stays spread to 130 to accommodate an 8 speed drivetrain
-- perhaps this is the summer it sees the light of day again

I don't know how to explain it. If you search for this site, you'll see: cyclingweekly(dot)com/reviews/road-bikes/lynskey-heix
So my tubes are like this.

Yes it’s beautiful, and so good. Because of the twisted tubes, it’s much lighter than the normal ones. I hope I can find a fork for it. It will be a big project to make it as original as possible. The next step after the fork will be the headset, the stem and the handlebar. I must change the seatpost as well, but it’s not a big thing. Maybe the stem and the handlebar will be Cinelli

Helically twisted tubes, IIRC. Nice looking bike, and DMC707 I have the Botty painted, just looking for the group my wife wants me to put on it. Need to find a nice triple crankset, with brifters.

I quickly searched for it and threw out the following: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-v...rth-price.html
I wrote above that I saw a similar Rossin frame. That's what I realized was actually Ciöcc. Two Ciöcc and one Rossin frames hung side by side in the store. It was ca.15 years ago ...
The seatstay's connection is similar to this Vianelli. It could be made by Pelizzoli for Vianelli.

As I reed the comments, I love more and more my Vianelli frame. I think it was a good deal. And the looking is also so so beautiful. I’m sad about the repaint, but who cares, if it’s still a really good-looking one And it goes so good as well.
