Suntour made 9, 10 and 12 tooth derailleur pulleys- it sounds like you could just go and buy and swap out at your whim...
I mean, I know they made 9 tooth pulleys- I just thought (for whatever reason) they were only available on triple pulley derailleurs.

The SunTour Superbe stuff was sooo nice that it's easy to forget how good and functional that era of Cyclone components were.
I guess I think of this Cyclone as the equivalent to the Ultegra or 105; 90% of the function of the top level parts, but just a bit heavier and a lot less expensive.
