Hi from Netherlands
Hi,
After having been here 2 months (time flies) I guess it's time to introduce myself. I am at 8 posts now and getting impatient to make it to 10
I am 49, from the Netherlands, and have a few bikes. I enjoy riding them, wrenching is mostly a necessity (though there is a bit of honour in maintaining them myself).
I use a road bike for roundtrips from and to my hometown of maybe 90km. I also go by train to different cities in the country, ride a bike to another train station, and head back again, this all on a French camping bike.
I am wanting to go on bike holiday with the French camping bike in France, from hotel to hotel. I doubt I will make that happen this year, it will be for next year. I just hope I stick to the plan and don't get scared
Not a collector and polisher. I prefer to only have bikes that I really use. Not having a big budget either, but with a small budget lovely bikes come my way anyway.
I will post pictures of my bikes in C&V where appropriate.
