Thank god.. let's hope they put him away for ever. No death penalty. Just let him rot.
I was hit by a hit and run driver 2 years ago (in my tank of a minivan at the time, thankfully) and nearly died. Never found the guy. So hopefully there is more luck here, for the poor guy's family and the safety of others.
