So I'm looking to get a new bike, but not sure what would suit my needs. My last BMX was something like a '99 GT Bump, which was stolen by '01, and I haven't touched one since. I primarily plan to ride street/park, and maybe the occasional trail adventure.
What should I be looking for as far as the top tube length goes? I'm 5'10, with a 30" inseam.
My budget is about $400-500, but I'd prefer to aim towards the lower end of that scale. I don't really have any brand loyalties/preferences as I ride Road (Trek Portland), and don't know a whole lot about what is quality and what isn't in the BMX world.
Looking around at Danscomp, I like:
We The People "Addict"
Stolen "Score"
Kink "Roc"

All three of those bikes are solid. Whatever one you pick would be good.

Premium Duo.
WTP Trust.
To answer the second question, Dan's is normally pretty quick with their shipping, it depends on where you live too. To Oregon, I would say probably about a week.

It takes about 4-5 days to get to eastern Pennsylvania. I ordered a top cap from Empire and it only took like 2 days. I now love Empire a lot.

What's the minimum i'd be looking to be paying if I were to build one up instead of buying a complete? I love putting things together from scratch. $700-800? Or more?
Also, I never figured out how long of a TT I need for my height. 5'10 with a 29/30" inseam.

Yeah, mine was prob about $1800, I don't know how, but then assembly and wheel building cost put it over $2000.

Right. It's no big deal. I'm just glad it's done and over with and now I have an amazing bicycle to ride.
