Rode a hard lap around Mercer Island (WA), running 18-23 MPH with an average of 19 MPH for 10.5 miles. (This was toward the end of a 30 mile ride.). Did the same ride two years ago and was a full minute quicker with a 20 MPH ave. The clock may be getting quicker but at 68, I am going slower. Will go back on a summer, thinner air day, and see what’s what. Maybe I can find someone to draft!
