Thank you, and good eye! I had just installed the new lever and cable and the brake was rubbing a bit with the qr down, but it's since been tweaked!
Thank you, sir!

I know my towing bike has gears, but I'm going to post this here anyway (at least the cargo is pertinent to ss/fg).
Here's what I did this morning:

oh dooktruck, my little prebuscent flower, my unsteady fawn. have you driven yer toungue once, even halfway, into a ***** dark odiforous, so succulent like cured game, back9-poop- hole? no guess necessary, the answer is no, my child. that lil singulator experiment was just that, an experiment
https://www.merriam-webster.com/ in case you need help w/the definition. i knew the path before i stepped one step, lil dewey bud. i ride big steel men's bikes, and am always game for a big man's fall. i've broken more bones than you've shoved home, as opposed to at home, safely next to mommy's room, after jeopardy and before morning, when she softens your eggs.

I ended up paying $90/rim for regular Open Pro's up here, while I probably could've gotten the ceramics for the same price south of the border.
I'd like to say "oh well," but I have no plans on parting with these wheels for eternity and the ceramic coating could've helped with that.
Let me try anyway: Oh well. Hmm, I feel just a little better.

Wow $90 a rim!!! I've never seen them go for more than $80. I got the ceramics for $100 from Cambriabike (which is the cheapest I found) Where do you live? I mean if you ever think of going that route to get the ceramics I think they are worth it. Good stopping in the rain is a must if you do it often. I hated how with regular brake sufraces, the brake pad just slide over it.

cc700- yeah its powdercoated. so i would hate to ruin it. the thing is i know all catch hell for a top tube pad. but i think is gonna be the route i will need to go. since ive not mastered trackstands sometimes i kinda sit on the top tube and the guides make it not so nice. plus i guess a pad would help carrying it up stairs. not so hard on the shoulder
maddyfish- im pretty sure they are sakae sa. they came with my bike and i used it for the conversion to save. it says sakae sa on my crank lever and it has a small sa embossed on the back of the crank itself.

Super Cool tow rig. I really want a trailer. It would be great if I rode my Fixed gear towing my mountain bike to the MTB trails. That would be perfect.

I see alot of these builds use bmx type cranks. Is is the same bottom bracket? I have a very nice set of redline flights and im thinking of building a fix/ss and was just wondering if they would work.
