The GT with Apex is probably the best deal you can get on a good sub 1k road bike right now.

what's your budget? CC has the litespeed M1 w/ Rival on sale for $1449 and the Wilier Izoard XP w/ Rival for $1799

I almost went there when I bought mine, but decided I didn't wanna pop the extra coin for a few grams of weight, given my goals/needs...

save the 200. those grams arent gonna make a significant difference. i say use that 200 for speedplays and shoes, or something else (i.e., tires, gear, etc.)

Save the 200 bucks and use it plus your team performance credit for some shimano spd's, shoes, saddle bag, tubes, multi-tool, etc.
