I had one for sale that went through two swap meets before selling. Much like the Paul power glide derailleur I had, everyone wanted to touch it, and then they put it down gently after i informed them of the price

The C.Cinelli-Milano oval logo changed to the Cinelli-Milano oval logo in November 1958. I believe steel stems were available well into the mid 70s, but I'm not certain of an ending date.
A C.Cinelli-Milano oval logo stem was recently for sale. I unfortunately didn't move fast enough.

they arrived, the bars were no longer available, the items included a handful that were the older stems with a badge. The rest without. Some combinations did not arrive.
we assumed we were receiving near the last on the shelf.
I found an old #16 bar hiding in the handlebar storage rungs and bought a stem. They went on my new track bike that arrived in August.

the shop I worked for received probably the last of the badged stems in 1975, NOS. Scattered In the order, only 3 were of the earlier type.
No bars available.’
the local track riders bought up the total inventory very fast.
