No, not fiber. Ran across an ebay ad for some disk wheels with sealed bearings and carbon fiber hubs. what do you want to bet disappointment lies ahead for purchasers?

Yeah, I've never seen carbon hubs.

Except those by Campagnolo/Fulcrum, Enve, Corima, Token, Novatec, Chosen.....

Judging by the QR shape I'd say Novatec.
