C&V events in Europe 2021

Not sure how this is going to pan out, with COVID-19 an' all, but since I've just bought tickets to L'Eroica 2021, It thought I might as well give it a try.

So, here's the list of the major C&V cycling events in Europe planned for 2021. I'll try to keep the list up-to-date as the year progresses. Your help is much appreciated.

"2021" - Eroica Britannia - England

12-13 June - In Velo Veritas - Laa an der Thaya, Austria

27 June - La Mitica - Castellania, Italy

27 June - Tour de Trois - Basel/Bale (CH/FR/DE)

10 July - Tour d'Alba - Schwarzach, Austria

21 August - Eroica Germania - Eltville Rheingau, Germany

27-29 August -
Anjou Vélo Vintage - Saumur, France

3-4 September - Eroica Limburg - Valkenburg, the Netherlands

3-5 September - Veloretro - Ulverston, England

5 September - La Vieille Boucle Lustinoise - Namur, Belgium

12 September - Tretro - Sinsheim, Germany

12 September - Velowino - Weinheim, Germany

2nd or 3rd week of September - Mostra Scambio, Imola, Italy

3 October - L'Eroica - Gaiole in Chianti, Italy

15-17 October - L'Intrepida - Anghiari, Italy

17 October -
Eroica Hispania - Haro, La Rioja, Spain

23-24 October - La Pedals de Clip - Barcelona, Spain

5-7 November - Mostra Scambio Novegro - Milano, Italy

Me too. For now I've limited the list to those events that have at least communicated an intention to organize something in 2021. Still waiting to hear from the Retroronde as well ...

Nope, it’s in May. On the waiting list but my divorce becomes final and I have a lot to take care of.

Maybe next year...

Mixed news.

The bad: no Retroronde this year. Understandable, but disappointing nonetheless, as mrs non-fixie and I have become very fond of that particular event.

The good: I just got tickets for Eroica Germania. Haven't been there yet, but after fabiofarelli 's report on last year's edition we decided we wanted a taste of that.

We already had secured tickets to Eroica Limburg and Gaiole, so with those and a bit of luck we'll be seeing some of you this year.

Some adittion:
The Tour de Rance Randonnée Vintage from 2020 was moved to may 2021 but has been moved again to 2022, 4 and 5 june. The starting place has been changed too, La Chapelle aux Fitzméens in Bretagne, France. Sorry but their website and FB-page are not up to date.
13 June - Velowino - Weinheim, Germany
10 July - Tour d'Alba - Schwarzach, Austria
12 September - Tretro - Sinsheim, Germany
Due to beeing a new member it's impossible for me to place links to the websites.

Thank you very much, Fabio! I've added the events for 2021 as well as the links.

I just received word that Anjou Vélo Vintage is on. A bit later than usual, though. Now planned for August 27-29.

L’Intrepida sent out an email today. They will be opening registration in a few days and it will be free to sign up. If they determine that they can hold the event in October, at some point payment will be needed. Seems a reasonable way to deal with the ever changing situation. Will post when the open registration.

Thanks! Please keep us posted, as many of those Italian events seem to keep a rather low profile.

Today they posted that registration is open. No cost for initial sign up. Ride is slated for 17 October, with other events starting on Friday 15 October.

Some good news for Anjou - had an email this morning: -
Anjou Velo Vintage

Sadly it's a definite no for me this year, but hopefully I'll get there in 2022.

Thanks! Yes, I just got the same e-mail. We would like to go, so mrs non-fixie will be at her keyboard at noon sharp, and try to get us in for a couple of rides.

I'm sorry we don't get to elbow bump this year, BTW. I'd have liked that. Maybe next year, then.

I saw that both Velowino & La Pedals de Clip dates have been moved back to later in the year. Check out the first post for the new dates.

It's been a long while since the last event, and it felt good to back again.

Mrs non-fixie and I just arrived at Erotica Germania. Got the race numbers and the bag with goodies:

Just a few traders, with a Covid-proof set-up:

And being at the Baron Knyphausen winery means a Coke would have been out of order.
