Vintage and classic - Supercycle
Definitely a Canadian "classic" bike. As found (minus the dust).
Back in the 1970s, every kid I knew had one of these at some point.
Canadian Tire sold them but CT does not have a bike factory (any more than Sears or Eatons did) so various Canadian bike factories made them. As far as I can tell, there is no definitive way to determine who built this one.
For some mysterious reason I suddenly cannot insert high-res picts into my Forum postings, so check out these DropBox links.

This one actually looks early 1980s based on crankset and derailleurs. I may be able to tell you the source from the serial number. It doesn't appear to be a CCM or Procycle product but may be Raleigh Canada.

It looks exactly like a CCM Canadian Cycle & Machinery bike to me. Very popular bikes back in the 70's. I've never heard of CT bikes. You might get a couple hundred bucks for it if you could find the right buyer.
