Superbe pro groupset
I have been saving this groupset for a long time but the truth is that I need to cut back on projects. I may come to regret it but my focus is early touring and mountain bikes. Maybe the occasional older road bike. It has some beauty marks but overall super clean. Araya hard anodized rims with 23mm tires.
$400 net to me. If you don't need the wheels I can do $350, which would reduce shipping considerably.

Tempting! Sweet on my Pro Miyata. (And I think what was on there originally. But I'm guessing that stem isn't more than a 130. The 140 on there now is right on perfect. 170 cranks? My knees are fussy and won't settle for anything besides 175. (And my old body loves the Chorus triple that's on the bike.) Bike is "braze-on'd" for the Symmetric top mounted shifters, not regular DTs. I've switched to tubulars. And I just picked up a stainless steel gorgeous Nitto 140 stem at the Portland garage sale last Sat. So, sad but too much money for the few parts that I can use. Hope the set goes to a better home. (The Cyclone RD, FD and brakes aren't too shabby as cheap subs.)

ps. what's the BCD of this crank? (I vaguely recall both 130 and 135 bcd in the Superbe line-up but forget their timelines)

I think (could be wrong) that is a 144bcd. The rings are 52/42 and if you look at the bolts that 42t ring is close to as small as it gets.

Nobody wants to build up a bike with these? This was Suntour's response to the Dura Ace 7400 group set. They look better in person, the huge pictures are not kind to them.
Funny enough I'm the one selling and I still look at the pics and lust after these. I just have to be honest and come to terms that my vintage road bike tastes are in the 70's.

Nice set. Note the brake set is not the Pro version but he Superbe. Same might be true for the shifters as well.
I would suggest keeping the skewers with the hubs. I often don't consider hubs without the original skewers. Much more appealing when hubs include skewers.
