My 2013 Specialized Sirrus Limited SL4
I was going to put this in the blog area but my post is not really a blog..
There were only 300 of these made and mine is # 54 of that 300. I get a lot of questions about the bike because it's such an oddball.. The bike had an original MSRP of $5,000.00 here in the USA and was a bit more in Europe.
Here are the main specs on the bike:
The fame is the 2013 Roubaix SL4 10r carbon frame and mine is a size 58. I am 6'1" and weigh about 185'ish so the bike fits me well.. The bike does have some S-Works parts mixed in, most notably the bar stem and the seat post. It has Ultegra 6770 Di2 10-speed components with K-Edge Di2 flat bar shifters..
My bike is basically still all stock with the exception of pedals and tires. I added Ultegra A600 pedals and the All Condition Armadillo Elite tires for better flat protection since a large portion of my rides are in the city.. The tires are 700x25..
I purchased the bike in Jan 2014 and have logged about 3,500 miles on it since then. I've not had a single problem or issue arise and the bike rides just as smooth as the day I purchased it.. I did replace the stock chain at 2500 miles with an Ultegra 10-speed chain.
I have added the following:
Future plans are to return the Edge 1000 to Garmin as soon as my replacement cycling computer arrives. I've ordered a Magellan Cyclo 505 to replace the Garmin.. I am also looking into a possible upgrade from the 10-speed 6770 Di2 components to the 11-speed 6870 Di2 components.
That's about it.. Here are some photos of the bike:

Awesome!!! That is one crazy-cool hybrid!!
I meant to ask you this in another thread.......HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH???
And maybe a "before all the stuff" weight & "after all the stuff" weight???
I can't say I have experience enough to know if it's great or not, but I like the idea of that 50/34 with the 11-32 cassette! I climb a lot in 28 and 38 chainrings with 11-32 on 8 speeds and find it plenty. As well there's rarely a time I need more than my 48 chainring on the 11 gear but with 50/11 you could definitely FLY down a hill on that thing!!!
Congrats!!!

I like to try one of those seats that is open in the middle. I assume it makes you butt less hot.

I am going to wear it to the bone, then look for something different when it needs replacing.

That's why its so expensive 16.5 pds bikes are a boatload of money plus the electronic shifting makes it a bargain at 3k OTD.

I commented on it in the other thread, but I'll say it again: awesome bike. Even better is the fact that you got it at 40% off!

Ya I didn't want to keep stepping on his thread so I started this one.. I also get PM's every now and then re: the bike so I figured easier to do it here..
I still can't believe what I got the bike for.. I'm pretty sure the LBS owner, who is a great guy, sold it to me at his cost, maybe a little more but probably not by much.. I do know that Specialized heavily discounted them because they were not selling..
I was at my LBS a few weeks ago to get the Di2 software updated and it just so happens the Specialized rep was there. He loved the bike and said he has never seen one in person but knew of the bike.. He spent a good 10 minutes going over it.. I asked and he check inventory and said there was still a few left but in the odd ball sizes..

Edge 1000 returned and I am rocking the Magellan Cyclo 505 now.
Racking up the miles as I've already got 1,500 on the new chain.

I posted this in your other thread...
Bottom line in my opinion... Buy it now!
My .02
I am one of the few with the Sirrus Limited SL4 as only 300 of them were made.
If they have one in your size, buy it as fast as you can.. Don't worry about the 2013 year model designation as it's brand new in box. If you can score it for $3,200 that is a killer deal when you consider what you are getting. Di2, plenty of S-Works parts mixed in, 10r carbon frame ect. The bike MSRP was $5,000.. Mine is # 54 of 300..
I paid 3k for mine tax included and out the door with lifetime free tuneups and that was about 8 months ago (right when they were initially discounted) so maybe use that as haggling point and see if you can get them to come down some on the $3,200 price..
Even at $3,200 it's a killer bike for a killer price!

ok, thanks for the quick reply. I doubt I will be able to get a lower price as I am told they are on a pretty thin margin at the price they are selling it for. I would imagine there are only a few of these left in brand new condition. Your thread states that there were only 300 of these made. Is that true? That seems really low and the guy at my LBS says he doubts that. Also, how do you know you got #54 ?

I'd have had to put in a stem riser. I like the bars at or above saddle height. I don't like the bars too low and the feeling of being stretched out.... at least that's what I would do if it was my bike.

Your LBS has 2 in stock? Wow! Kind of odd for them to have 2 of such a limited run bike but hey, that's good news for you!
If you get the bike have them do the Di2 firmware update on it. The most recent is 2.5.2 which was released May 29th 2014.
Also, you can do most adjustments to the Di2 on your own. It's very easy and simple to adjust the FD and the RD. Here are a few videos on the process:
