What is the best tool for job of removing a cassette
lockring and cassette? and I looked at Stain mini
lockring tool and I Don't like Stain mini lockring tool!

The Hypercracker is out of production. This is the currently available small tool equivalent...
J. A. Stein Stein Mini Cassette Lockring Tool - Harris Cyclery bicycle shop - West Newton, Massachusetts
For something lighter than a chain whip that will do the same job take zip ties. Tie the cassette to the spokes through holes in big sprocket with several ties to prevent rotation when you remove the cassete lockring.
edit: if you take the Stein tool you won't need either the chain whip or the zip ties.

Bring a bunch of Zip Ties .. Zip tie the largest cog to the spokes.. at many crossings ,, try to not tighten the lock ring more than necessary..
I Built a Phil freewheel hub wheel , all I brought was the freewheel remover.. to replace the 1 spoke that ever broke.

I don't either either. Too complicated to use. I'd leave the chain whip at home, bring zip ties, a conventional lockring tool like you have pictured (or a smaller, lighter one) and borrow a wrench from a motorist at a campground or from a garage, hardware store, etc...

i carry a cassette remover and 6" crescent wrench.
took a bit of searching to find one where jaws would
open wide enough.
to install cassette, tighten by hand, then 6 clicks with the wrench.
to remove, hold cassette by hand using an old rag as padding.
works for me. don't know if the cassette is torqued to spec,
but never had one come loose.

The only reason I would need to remove a cassette in the field is to deal with drive-side spoke failures (if I lose a few cogs, I should be able to get to a town with a bike shop). However, since I roll a Phil Wood rear hub, I don't need to remove the cassette to access the drive side spokes in the unlikely event of spoke failure, therefore I don't carry anything to remove the cassette.

I just use Sapim Strong Spokes. If one of those breaks, likely the damage from the truck that did it will have broken something else. The extra weight of the spokes over normal butted ones would be way less than any cassette tools.

I wonder about those strong spokes, can they be stress relieved if they are as strong as they say, should they be used on hubs with normal sized holes, regular spokes don't break, so I am skeptical of the need, but I'm open minded.

true! they don't break. well, until they break. super deep pothole, airline slightly
bends derailleur hanger and chain slips between cogs and spokes, tree branch
in spokes. baggage handlers do baggage handler stuff. bus driver stows crate of
live chickens on top of your bike.
poop happens. usually in inconvenient locations. be prepared.

Maybe splitting hairs, but Unior Cassette Cr@cker since it is only 20 grams (0.7 oz) so I doubt it. I'd probably still carry the Unior regardless of the spokes I was using.

The butts on the Sapim ones fit perfectly in the holes of normal rims, very snug. They seem to stress relieve OK. They are a bit problematic on the NDS though, they have so little stretch that you can't get the nipples to hold without Loctite. I'd use thinner spokes on that side next time, maybe, although the loctite seems to work really well. They are really strong, I reckon they'd almost rip the derailleur off before they snapped. I checked the calibration on my Tension tool by hanging off the end of one, I'm 94kg and there was no elogation to speak of.
