I think the Kilo's geometry looks better.
Never seen these Tommaso before. Looks like an IRO kinda.
Good deal it seems.
Their description of it is just hilariously terrible.
"The new Tommaso Augusta track bike reflects the soul of the street, but also has the options available to make it one of the most efficient commuters on the market . With a dual-sprocketed hub, the Augusta can be a fixed gear demon in the morning – and then by flipping around the rear wheel - a free-wheel commuter after lunch.
This Italian work horse is straightforward, sleek, and efficient. Ideal for everyone from college students to Axel Rose - this bike holds no prejudice. "

hell my kilo looks a lot like that. albeit with older cranks and nicer bars, stem, seat/post, wrap, collar, and cog/lockring. then again i've spent way more than 400 on my bike.
more info on the frame is a must. looks like they give you a freewheel too. definitely seems like a great deal.

Is this one of those kinds of bikes where the seller adds up the total retail cost of all the components, then calls it an $800 bike and "generously" sells it to you for $400?
It looks kinda cool, but I can't help but wonder, if you drop another $80 on brakes, whether you should just pony up a little more $$ for a San Jose, Paddy Wagon, Pista, etc.

the seller wrote about "italian workhorse" not that this thing is made in Italy, I don't know any maker here called Tommaso.

Now it has succumbed to the taiwanese mass produced bicycle industry.

they used to make high end frames and sponsor a racing team. but that was several years ago. it appears the name was bought a la motobecane mercier etc.
looks nice enough to me.
