Hello From Louisiana!
Hello everyone, name is Jeff and I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 56 years young, and started running about 7 months ago and built up my running to 15 mile long runs and 45- 50 mpw. So I wanted to add Road cycling and start training for a Triathlon. Ditched the Walmart Special mountain bike and bought a Raleigh Revenio 1.0. It is a dream to ride. Looking forward to learning everything I can about Bikes and triathlons.
