I'm not a Scwhinn expert, so I can't confirm the details on this. 130mm rear is either wrong or they set the frame for newer cassettes. Either way, $200 for a Paramount frame seems like a pretty great deal. I'd go for it, but the size is just a bit bigger than what I like to ride:
