Downtube Mini bottom bracket
After several tries including using a 4ft steel pipe cheater bar I gave up removing drive side bottom bracket lockring. I got the non drive side after much sweating. This is a new mini I just got. Wanted to grease BB as they have a reputation of being very tight. Also this is a 2007 or 2008 new so has sat in warehouse a while. I was using the clockwise remove as the drive side lockring is usually left hand threads.I have the proper tool. Any advice or something else to try? I really want to remove and grease before this bike gets gooped up.

The Park Tools site shows a procedure where you lock the BB cup in a bench vise, then use the frame as leverage to turn the cup. Check it out.

If it's anything like my 8H I don't think the lockring needs to be removed. IIRC I think I just removed the drive side cup and the lockring stayed attached to that.
Hopefully once you've got it licked you're upgrading to a cartridge bearing crank bracket like a Shimano UN54. I opted for the UN26 because it was cheap so I wouldn't cry if/when my bike gets stolen.

If 4 foot torque dont work , sounds like time to try and destroy the bottom bracket and create stress relief from the inside, you have allowed thread penetrator or ammonia to sit in BB shell from left side for some time? Clearly need to tap BB shell again after you do get it out. Frozen seat posts can have a similar issue as jur mentions , but this sounds like it may be time for those assemblers need to get away from the 1/2 drive air tools.
