I finally found a few minutes to finish up my Fuji SL1. This build up has been going on for a few weeks now. I really wasn't in a big hurry to finish it but something came up with my Team Issue so I figured I should get on the ball and get this one done.
Anyone have any guesses on the final weight? Keep in mind my goal was sub 15 pounds. Think I accomplished it?

LowCel, the thing is beautiful; let's see it race! There's one last road race this season. It's about the same distance from you as Orrville.

I'm guessing 14.28 lbs and I'm claiming the Team Issue if I'm correct... it will match my Roubaix LTD so well!

Around 14.3 is my guess. Looks good!
I thought you ditched the Zipp tires? I need to weigh mine now too with the carbon tubulars I just installed. Maybe pick up some Zero G's too. How do they brake on the Zipps?

A couple of you were pretty close.
To those that say just ride it, I'm hoping to do just that on Thursday. I will probably be putting this bike up after that ride and maybe a couple of more rides. Then I will be riding my Team Issue the remainder of the season and throughout the winter.

The 0G's do great on the Zipps. A little loud from time to time but I think that has more to do with the carbon rims than it has to do with the brakes. I am planning on having the new tires mounted in the near future. I've just been so busy that I haven't been able to get to it.

Thank ya. This bike isn't available in white though. My white bike was the team issue, it was just replaced by a black frame though.

The thing I like most about it is that it is all functioning, race ready equipment. Nothing on this bike is some goofy C'nC'd geek-lite stuff that will shatter if you look at it too hard. This bike will take a beating and keep on going.
Nice ride. Enjoy.

Yeah, kinda. I have a 56 cm team issue. To get the same top tube length with the SL1 I had to go with a 53 cm.

And I will bet that build cost about 3-5x more than my bike (Cannondale 2004 R600)... EASILY...
