"Bait and switch" - $100 in the header, $120 in the detail. Even if it's worth twice that, I would, on principle, offer $100 tops.

That might be what I like about it...it has a horror movie vibe.

Add a black saddle, some gumwalls, and it'll present more...conventionally.

I think that is the universal name. It had escaped me momentarily, though.

RE: $100, more than likely they updated they sale amount and forgot to update the text in the listijg body, meaning, they'd expect $100 offers.

This Raleigh Rapide is gorgeous and pristine enough the $375 ask price actually sounds extremely reasonable to me.

Might well have meant to relist with a lower price and just forgot he'd also included the price in the description.

Allez Merz edition, this is on its 3rd or 4th cycle IIRC, seller cut their start price more than half this cycle. https://www.ebay.com/itm/283701086230

Posting this more because it's an unusual find. I've got two killer bonded frame bikes in the stable and love them both, maybe this is up someone else's alley.

If anyone is hunting tools, I already grabbed something from this seller I needed to round out one more void in my Campy stuff, but they have a few lots of interesting stuff at some tempting prices.

This would be one of the few bikes I could probably convince my husband I need, just on paint alone. But I'd have to part with my Shogun to make room. (No big deal except for emotional attachment.)

Either that, or you may find flowers on the ground after you have parked it somewhere. It reminds me of a Ghost Bike monument at the scene of a fatal accident.

Show tires. Those tires don't look like they've turned a mile. I dig the mono-white, but I can see where you're coming from.

A real wtf Paletti, seller can't even spell the name with two Ts. $300 and you can have the most Ameri-patriotic Paletti ever. Still not sure if this belongs here or in the "ebay WTF" thread (sorry if you're a BF'er and this is yours, everyone has their thing...): https://www.ebay.com/itm/143462034045

I so need that Paletti....just my patriotic thing.
