Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

No. The package was delivered to my office and unopened. The mount for the light was secured to the manufacturer's package with a zip tie that was very loose. I suspect the light unit fell out before Amazon boxed it for shipping. Supposed to get a new one by tomorrow.

After my "Old Rockin' Chair's Got Me" ride on the Canyon a couple weeks back, I decided to take action. Talked to my LBS, who said he could knock the cups out of the frame, grease them up again, with carbon paste, and press them back in again, and it would kinda work. So I asked about thread-together BBs, and it turned out he had one. So, I had him put that in today. Of course, then I got home too late for a ride. Tomorrow.

When I was working I found out I was older than my manager's father. Like several years older.

I don't have a cardiologist but in 2017 my doc referred me to one and my insurance denied it.

News from Germany: daughter is positive. I am not surprised. We hope she can still come home on 6/10 as planned.
