Davidson frameset
I posted pics of this frame in C&V a few weeks ago ( https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-v...-davidson.html ) asking if it really was a Davidson as all I had to go on was the decals. The consensus was a definite Yes! With @bulgie giving some great details. It is too small for me so I need to pass it on and wanted to get an idea of what it is worth. I appreciate any estimates. It is 53 cm square center to center. Headset seems good. Bottom bracket is very rough.
Thanks

I sold a Davidson signature for $550 in June of 2022.
It had a chrome fork and pantographs on seat stay caps and fork crown but not as popular a color.
In today’s market, I’d guess $350-400.

I think rccardr’s estimate is right. It’s worth more from the aesthetic and quality standpoint - but the number of people out there who’d recognize that is small and getting smaller. I might try asking $500 but be happy with $400.

Really nice frame set I really like just how nice and clean the lines and lug work are on this one simple but very classy. I would say even in this soft market you could get $300-350 plus shipping from the cheapskates here on the BF and maybe $450-500 on ebay.

Times have changed. Even here in Bill's home base, it would be difficult to get more than $300 on Craigs ... and $200 might take a while.

^ I also don’t see this over $300. Probably more like $200. I paid less than $300 for a complete Davidson Impulse with tri-color STI group.
