Introducing myself

Hi. A new member from Italy.
Gianmarco, 64 yo, passionate about '70 and early '80 Italian steel road bikes (Alan being the only exception).
Glad to be here and many thanks to all those who will be willing to help me progressing my passion.
And, of course, be patient with my English, far from being perfect!

Gianmarco

Welcome to Bikeforums.
My first road bike was a Fiorelli 10 speed bike with low-end Campi components. It was a beautiful bike. The frame was chromed with part of it painted with clear blue lacquer. It weighed 13 kilos so was a much lighter bike than anything I had owned previously. I bought it second-hand for $100 in 1966 and rode it until I bought a Japanese touring bike in the early 1970s. Unfortunately it fell off my car rack a few years later and by the time I realized it was missing, someone must have picked it up off the road. I know that Fiorelli was an Italian bike racer but don't know much more about him.
