pedal noise
Hello all, I have a Marin hybrid bike and the last couple of times that I took the bike out, it makes a clicking noise when I'm pedaling. it sounds like it's coming from where the pedals go into the frame. any ideas what the issue could be, and the solution? Thanks.

took a closer look, and it turns out the side stand had moved a little so that the pedal was making contact. repositioned it, test rode it, all is good. Thanks for responding.

it sounds like could be a bottom bracket issue.
they need replacing over time and can make a click
you can tell if theyre worn by gently moving it side to side and seeing if theres any give.
most of the bbs pre 2015 are 68mm
