How much oil do I need for my Gary Fisher Sugar 2 front suspension?

I have to rebuild my front suspension. Its extremely bouncy and doesn't lock. I'm riding a Gary Fisher Sugar 2 Genesis. How much oil do I need for both sides of the fork? Thanks

For future reference, there are 5cc in a teaspoon (standard measure), or 30cc per fluid ounce. Those are rough conversions, but close enough for practical purposes.

cc = cubic centimeter. It's metric.
1 cc = 0.034 fluid ounces

Get a syringe from a farm store to measure small quantities like that. Bonus hint: leave the plunger out after the job. If you leave it in it will swell and get stuck, making it useless the next time you want to use it.
