Schwinn Paramount
i recently scored 2 1974 Schwinn s which are rare in the great white north.Yesterday this 1974 Paramount popped up and i grabbed it.Too bad i am 5.4 inches tall

Gotcha, I remember now and my imagination got the better of me, thought you were saying you got 2 Paramount's, then another.
Hopefully you've got your Schwinn mojo going good and a Paramount shows up in your size.
I have done this with good success, many too small bikes and frames bought to bring the bigger ones and they have.

WOW! Is that a 26-27 inch frame? Looks larger than a 25 inch. I wonder if it was a custom order?

Great trade fodder! It’s huge but it’s a nice frame and kind of tough to find in a size like that. Someone will want it badly enough to get you something great that you can use.

Great score! How tall is it??? Looks like a P13-9 (road/race) frame from the curve of the fork. So hard to find P13's in super tall form. Most (anecdotally) seem to be P15's. My recently-ish bought '73 (as a frame and fork) is a 26" (66cm) frame. Somehow I fit it with it's crazy long top tube.
Shown here in "just got it running" form so that I could assess it, and this after a lot of Mr. 66 frame alignment work (which I am very thankful for!). I'll be picking up cable guides soon. Obviously using short sections of bar tape is not a permanent solution, nor are using black rims and latex tubes with black valve stems. She has her share of clamp-based dents in the upper seat tube and a dent in the top tube, so this is no princess. It is, however, a very good frame/bike--and not because it says "Paramount" on the tubes--but that full 531 tubing at a lower weight yet in a taller frame than my previous '74 P15 yields an easy, airy, comfortable, willing ride (in and out of the saddle) while not being mushy to get that comfort (and this on a fairly "passive" wheel/tube/tire setup). I look forward to properly outfitting it relative to it's as-found condition.
