Campagnolo Record 1014 shifters
I don't know where I got these and I've done nothing to them. Velobase identifies them as #1014 Record, but I also see them called Gran Sport. This is the version with the black cable guides.
Let's say $30 + ship, which will be cheap since they should fit into a small flat rate box.
