Daughter of the FRAME game, about the same rules.
Post a pair of cycle shoes you don't want. Hope someone posts one you do want. Two-way trades, three-way trades, fifteen-way trades, whatever you want. But all parties should agree to all stages of the trade before sending anything.
Please post a picture of the shoes that dont fit and what your after.
If we wish to limit this to "classic" toeclip shoes I dont mind as they are the most difficult to find.
-I am suprised this has not started long ago, Im after a set of 45-46 laceup shoes for toeclips

Wow, brilliant idea! I've got an NOS pair of Detto Pietro, very tiny but I don't recall the exact size, will update with that info later. ISO: nothing really, but I wear a US size 9.5 or 10.
** Edit - these are size 37, perfect for an infant or a common garden gnome. They'd also be ideal to dangle from your vehicle's rear view mirror.

Yes, this is a great idea. Good luck with it!
I have two pairs of NorthWave road shoes, that take a Look style cleat, both in size 42, Both virtually unused.
I would be happy to start a wave of trades, if someone wants a pair of those Northwave shoes and has something someone else wants, if in the end someone sends me a pair of 45 or 46 shoes that take SPD cleats, or Look style cleats, or old slotted cleats, or no cleats at all.

I have some size 45 Maresi shoes made for Look pedals. I don't wear them any more. For that matter, I don't use my Look pedals, either, and I think I have a set of unused Look cleats, too.

What size do you wear? I have a beauty of a pair: size 42 Patrick shoes, NOS, leather uppers and nylon soles. Old school cleat pattern.
I will post pics when I get home tonight, folks.

As promised, pics:
Size 42 and drilled for classic or Look pattern.
I'm looking for size 45 equivalent. Thanks

okay i'll add a pair of nike retro style shoes i picked up from a swap meet a long ways back. size 11 men's (i wear 45.5 in Sidi's) also drilled for classic and Look. i'm full up on shoes over here - if its allowable i wouldn't mind trading for any half way decent bike part(s) : suntour, shimano, campy etc.
take a look at the photos - i'd call them in good condition. also note: they came missing the insoles. *edit: also have some brand new red Look cleats i can include with mounting hardware.
email me if you're interested: matthewbrooklyn@yahoo.com

OK, I'll play. Here's a pair of classic Carnac touring shoes in very good condition, but too small for me. When I got them, they were purportedly a 46 but they are definitely smaller. If a forum member is interested in trade I would be happy to take a ruler to them or take them down to the shoe store for accurate sizing. They are probably going to be a 45. (I wear a 47, btw.)
I think I told the story about these shoes in the C&V forum, but the short version is that I originally sold these on fleeceBay, got screwed by the buyer AND by eBay, and finally dropped off of there forever. Still a very sour taste in my mouth over that nonsense, and I should have just come directly to BF instead of messing with them at all.
