Timer on PMs
I seen to frequently bump up against the timer that requires you to wait three minutes between sending private messages. It's not altogether out of the realm of possibility that someone is carrying on discussions with two people. Can't this time be reduced?

IIRC, the time limit was installed as spammers were inundating our forum members with massive amounts of spam.

Thanks, Bill. Would it not be possible to implement a posting threshold similar to the image posting threshold being which the time limit is reduced or eliminated?
